Regal West Concrete/Royal Construction are licensed & bonded demolition, concrete and construction company serving the better part of Southern California. Areas we have worked in and continue to work in include: Orange County, Southern Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, the Valley, and Northern San Diego Counties. 

Who We Are

Gene Breault is the owner and founder of Regal West Concrete/Royal Construction. He started his family owned and run business back in 1991 in an effort to provide for his family and be able to some day pass on the company to his son. Gene has over 26 years of experience in the construction business. The company was based in Downey for over fifteen years, where Gene was an active volunteer & sponsored any Downey Police function. Now father & son have been able to stay competitive in the industry during these trying times.
